How often will I get this box?
Betty Boomerang ships out every other month based on when you signed up. If you sign up between September 11 and October 10, you will be shipped a box in October, and then every other month after that (December, February, etc)
Who is this box for?
Betty Boomerang is fun for a girl or a boy. It's for those who covet an Eichler house or an Eames chair. It's for those folks who know what a Mamie Eisenhower bathroom is. Betty is for all of us who love retro and MCM style.
What's in the box?
Each delivery features about 4 items for retro modern lifestyles. One delivery might highlight amazing notebooks and paper goods, another might have an umbrella and commuter mug. All with retro flair and patterns. The items are modern, but the style is vintage.
Does my subscription automatically renew?
Yes, your subscription will automatically renew based on when you subscribed and what plan you selected. Please see more information below on how to pause subscriptions. Generally, your subscription renews on the 25th of the month prior to the next shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we only ship in the US and Canada. Shipping costs to Canada have gone up tremendously. Contact us for a quote, you will not be able to checkout on the site. We no longer ship subscriptions to Canada, only store purchases and you need to email betty@bettyboomerang.com for a quote.
Is shipping included?
Shipping in the US is a flat $7.00.
Residents of the city of Orange, CA get free delivery. This will show up as a refund of your shipping charges.
How do I purchase a gift subscription?
Either click the "Give as Gift" button on the subscription page or, when you reach the checkout page, there is an option to check the box that says "this is a gift". You can then write your message to the recipient.
What is your return policy?
Subscription boxes are nonrefundable and ineligible for returns. If something is missing or damaged, please let us know.
How do I cancel or pause my subscription?
We hope that you are always happy with our boxes, but if you need to pause or cancel, the process is simple. When you log into your account, click the "edit" button under your active subscriptions. Make your changes, then press "change". You can also "skip next renewal" on the top right. If you cancel before you are billed, your cancellation will go into effect immediately. If you cancel your subscription after you are billed for that month, you will still be charged and your cancellation will go into effect the next shipment.
